OCMC is run by Volunteers and requires help from all members to make sure we can run events smoothly. Below are some ways you can help out:

  • Make sure you complete your mandatory flagging when assigned
  • Volunteer at Work Nights – Scheduled every other Monday at the OCMC MX Track
  • Join one of the Volunteer Committees – Supershow, Banquet, Track, Social, Land Acquisition

Motocross

We race every Tuesday Night from May until the end September at our private track with racing permitted for Members-Only.

We have a large track for big bikes and experienced small bike riders, and a small track for the small bikes and our younger racers. Each track has a variety of classes to choose from to race in.

Tuesday nights begin at 5:15pm with a mandatory riders meeting in front of the OCMC Clubhouse. Following the riders meeting, the flaggers have a meeting while racers get ready. Practice begins around 5:45 and racing starts immediately after practice finishes. Each class gets one practice session and two motos each night.

Cross-Country

OCMC hosts a variety of XC races throughout the year. Check out our calendar for all XC events for the upcoming season.

Each year the club hosts XC events at locations such as RJs, Wilberforce, Raglan, and The Lands. More information for each XC race is posted to our Facebook and Instagram pages as the race gets closer in date.

The OCMC 6 Hour is the final XC of each season, usually held at the end of October. It is an amazing day FULL of racing…6 straight hours of it!

Rules…

Keeping us safe, fair, and having fun.
